TRAINING MODULE
In order to update ourselves in all walks of services, as also to deliver meticulous services we need to have our manpower undergo a training session with adequate syllabus designed for various ranks & level for which we have a team of 05 consultants from multifarious industries, each having an impressive track record of his own. The team specializes in offering solutions for the all personnel including Supervisors as well as middle level management in their respective areas such as relevant skill, leadership, personal effectiveness, and customer retention.
Our EX-SUB MAHTO has been privileged of heading the training department. As for himself, he has been a training consultant for over 8 years and has conducted workshops for more than two dozen companies, ranging from manufacturing to retailing.
In order to train & groom our manpower in their respective competencies, a training syllabus (Indoor-consisting of lectures & outdoor-consisting of demonstration) has been designed for all levels & ranks.
The course has been drafted & finalized considering the level & intellectual status of existing & future employees.
IMPORTANT
* Each person shall undergo this training and should qualify.
* On the job on regular basis as also a refresher course every year.
* Performance to be judged by training department.
Their performance in test to be incorporated with their EPAs, it shall be considered as Efficiency Bar (applicable to supervisory staff)
* Records shall be maintaned individually.
